CSAP Subject Matter Expert
Softball Ontario is looking for Subject Matter Experts to help us develop new Certified Softball Administrator Program (CSAP) Workshops during the months of November 2011 to January 2012, and we have launched a new Online Application Form for interested applicants. Subject Matter Experts will receive an honorarium of $150 in return for assistance in developing the CSAP Workshops.
Subject Matter Experts are required in the following areas:
- Volunteer Management
- Covering the following topics:
- Volunteer Screening
- Volunteer Recognition
- Retention Strategies
- Succession Planning
- Covering the following topics:
- Financial Management
- Covering the following topics:
- Basic recordkeeping
- Controls & Reporting
- Budget Forecasting
- Budget Management
- Covering the following topics:
- Social Networking
- Covering the following topics:
- Introduction to Social networking
- Social Networking for Softball Associations
- Social Networking Options
- Getting Started in Social Networking
- Covering the following topics:
Subject Matter Experts receive a template outlining expectations they will need to meet and will work directly with the Participation Program Coordinator and CSAP Master Learning Facilitator to develop the Workshop.
