Recreational/Competitive league, play modified PWSA rules, with the following exceptions - taken out the re-entry rule, player may sit and inning and go back into the field, all players in the line-up but do play three outs i.e. if ninth batter up and there are only two out then the tenth player would go to bat. Games are umpired with certified umpires. Games are Wednesday nights, Town Park, at either 7:00 or 9:00 pm

We provide a fun, safe and welcoming softball learning environment for boys and girls ages 5 and up. We offer dedicated coaches, trained umpires, uniforms, team photos, receipts, and an exciting Championship Day event. The league runs from April through June.

Since 1980, Milliken #1 Softball Association has been providing softball for young people ages 5 to 19 years of age in the Scarborough Community and will be celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year. Every year, we have roughly 120 participants registered in softball from T-Ball to Midget during the summer months of May to September. The Oak Ridges Diamonds are a elite rep group of teams called the Diamonds. We typically field teams from Squirt through to Bantam. Our group focuses on skills development while remaining focused on achieving provincial, eastern or national goals depending on the level of ability of each team. Addressing softball interests in the eastern half of Scarborough region of Toronto, Scarborough East Minor Softball Association (SEMSA) is an amalgamation in 2007 of the previously existing leagues in the area.
